We are changing things around a bit.......

Hello POLE Students & Families,

Each and every day the staffing at POLE attempts to make all of the homeschooling journeys a success, but that is not always the case; you win some, you loose some and homeschooling is not for everyone (just being honest)

One of the main battles here at POLE is that we also have to juggle all of you and our personal lives and struggles as well. In order to make sure that we are doing the best we can, we have come up with scheduling that will help each group t know when they are to be in.

This schedule does not count for those that;

* Have truancy activity with a case worker

* are on academic probation with POLE

* need to schedule an appointment for tutoring, testing or graduation set meetings or given appointments.

The only excuse that you will need not to make these appointments is.....

* Weather that will put you in danger to be out in; snow, heavy rains, etc.

* Illnesses where you are in a contagious status, hospitalized, etc.

This schedule will able to communicate and make sure you keep your paper that was given to you as you will see what group you have been assigned too and the reason for this is to not have so many people rescheduling and canceling.

I want your homeschool experience to be a good one and I want learning on both sides; students and the teachers (parents and family members responsible for the students)

Please make sure that when you are coming into meetings that you come with all of your work and that  you are coming into a session that is not wasted time for either party.

* Your meeting should only be 30 minutes of you are here for a records review.

if you are in need of tutoring and classes these are not on a specific schedule so you will be able to call in for an appointment for these as well as testing.

This allows for no surprises...
